We provide consulting, design, and engineering services as described in executed statements of work. Delivery timelines depend on timely client feedback and access.

3. Payment

Unless otherwise noted, invoices are due net 15. Late payments may pause delivery until the account is current.

4. Intellectual property

Clients own bespoke deliverables upon full payment. Haroone retains ownership of internal frameworks and tooling.
