2. Services

Haroone provides consulting, design, engineering, SEO, and ecommerce operations services as described in approved statements of work or written agreements.

3. Payment

Unless otherwise stated in writing, invoices are due according to the payment terms in the relevant proposal or statement of work. Late payments may pause delivery.

4. Intellectual property

Clients own bespoke deliverables after full payment. Haroone retains ownership of internal frameworks, reusable tooling, methods, and pre-existing materials.
